Vineyard sourced: Shaw Vineyard, Candy Mountain
Aging and Barrel Program: Aged for 6 months in neutral oak. 144 cases produced. Pressed whole cluster. The free run juice right to fermentation. Giving our Rosé that beautiful, soft pink color. We used two different yeasts to bring complexity during this wine making process. Dry and aged ever so perfectly in neutral oak barrels.
ABV: 12%
Dominant Notes and Flavors: Fragrant nose of citrus and peach. Those flavors pull through on the palate as well, with zesty and luscious, rounded fruit, holding on to a nice balanced finish.
